By accessing or using the Rejuviya platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Medical Services
Rejuviya is a telehealth platform that connects you with independent, licensed healthcare providers. We do not provide medical advice directly. All treatment decisions are made by your assigned physician.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and located in a state where our services are available. You agree to provide accurate and complete health information during your consultation.
4. Prescriptions & Compounding
Prescriptions are issued only after a licensed physician determines treatment is appropriate. Compounded medications are prepared by third-party pharmacies and are not FDA-approved. You acknowledge the risks and benefits discussed with your provider.
5. Payments & Subscriptions
By enrolling in a treatment plan, you authorize recurring charges as disclosed at checkout. You may cancel upcoming shipments before they enter the compounding queue. Refunds are governed by our Returns policy.
6. Limitation of Liability
Rejuviya is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or treatment outcomes. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for services in the preceding 12 months.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Miami-Dade County.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
