If you're not satisfied with your first month of treatment, contact us within 30 days of delivery for a full refund on your initial prescription cost.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we'll replace it at no charge. Just snap a photo and send it to our support team.
Because Rejuviya medications are compounded specifically for each patient, we cannot accept returns of opened or used medication. However, we want you to feel confident in your treatment.
Eligibility: The 30-day satisfaction guarantee applies to your first prescription order only. Subscription refills are not eligible for refund once compounded and shipped.
How to request a refund: Email contact@Rejuviya.com with your order number and reason for dissatisfaction. Our team will review and process eligible refunds within 5–7 business days.
Cancellations: You can cancel an upcoming refill at any time before it enters the compounding queue (usually 3 business days before your scheduled ship date).
Prescription medications cannot be returned to stock once dispensed. Please contact us immediately if you have concerns about your treatment.
